“ I spoke with Megan over the intercom. Apparently the lady with the purple hair in other negative reviews. I asked for yogurt in my smoothie she informed me “we don’t do that” I was confused and taken aback as she came off extremely rude. I was starting to ask if there was any other yogurts and she started talking over me and stated “we don’t do that here but since I’m not busy I guess I’ll do it” I was honestly shocked since I typically love going here and getting a smoothie. I couldn’t figure out why she told me no and then told me yes? When I pulled up to the window I asked if she was the one I just spoke with and she stated”why is there a problem” I said I was confused because I normally get yogurt in my smoothie everytime and was wondering if there policy changed. She did not answer for a bit of it was her I asked her for her first name and she said uh I guess Megan and I thanked her for explaining it she then half smiled and slammed the window. She did not say they removed it from there menu or anything. Is this something new that they don’t do yogurt or did this woman just want to be overtly rude to me? Honestly so disappointed with this experience. ”
